This is my favorite (and only) leather jacket. The buffalo on the back is made from colored pieces of leather. This jacket was bought for me by my rather good woman 17 years ago. She paid over $400 for it, so I thought she was crazy. I had never spend that much on a piece of clothes in my life. LOL most of my clothes at that time added up to that much maybe. But it has lasted many more years than any other clothing item I've ever owned, so I guess sometimes buying quality really does work out to be a better deal than going thru cheaper jackets that only last a year or two.

"Rather good woman?" The master of understatement as always. This jacket is utterly cool, and aside from the patina of age, it could have been bought yesterday. Over time, I bet you have gotten hundreds of comments on it. If I saw someone wearing it, I would certainly comment on it. It looks to me to be completely unique. Now if we could just find you a thousand dollar set of hand-tooled boots to match, you would be set for life! Glenda, get to work on that, you clearly have a good eye.

Good Leathers ain't cheap man but they last a loooong time and that looks like a Good'un. My favorite Heavy Winter Riding Jacket was bought in Calgary way back in 85 or so was about $300 Canadian and it's just gettin Broken in. I have several for different weather conditions plus Vests and Chaps, gotta have protection against the Asphalt when yer Riding, ya never know...all the Jackets and Vest display the Rolling Thunder "Never Forget" POW/MIA patch and Harley Wings on the Back.
