Description

FE Talis var I Thankyou for your your nice words on my last pic. It's good to be back. I've missed so many great images, missed your support and humorous messages. Just had a lot to do on another project. Weather now here in England is glorious. I lost quite a few plants in the severe winter, and saddened and shocked to find my lovely Kilmarnock Willow has succumbed. Dandelions have thrived everywhere it seems - bigger and better than ever:-)

This image is quite powerful Jenny. Wonderful creation. Sorry to hear you lost a willow. Our winters here are quite harsh so the fact that anything survives is a miracle.

This made me think of the earthquake and tsunami when viewed as a geological scale. A powerful piece for me, we all see different things in fractals. It is stirring of emotions that make the more abstracts worthwhile. I remember in my old country winemaking book it said - St georges day was when the Dandelions would be best for Dandelion wine. If only it tasted good, we would be able to make gallons!

A wonderful and realistic looking splash you have created. It is heartbreaking when an old favourite succumbs to the weather isn't it. It is hard to beat a dandelion they are so persistant.

What a powerful image. Wild and wonderful. The colors and lighting are outstand- ing. Sorry that your willow didn't make the winter, they are beautiful trees. Our dandelions are strong and hardy when they arrive too. Great work and I also welcome you back like so many others have..
