Very nice. I like the realistic facial morphs. I apologize ahead of time if I'm not using Poser lingo, sorry I don't have that particular product. The biggest thing you can do is work on the lighting. I assume you are using multi-point lighting in this - in most cases you want every light in the scene to throw shadows. The lighting setup you have here most closely approximates a formal studio portrait setup. If you want something that looks a bit more candid, tone down the secondary lighting and let the primary light throw most of the shadow. If an outdoor daytime scene, the secondary (fill) lights should be light blue or cyan in color, the primary very bright with a very slight yellow tinge. Indoors, the colors should be warmer if simulating artificial lighting, cooler if natural lighting. Also, you might experiment with HDRI lighting, especially the outdoor shots. Of course there will be exceptions to all of this, but it gives you a starting point. Nice work - and hope this helps!

You are getting better than usual realism with the transmapped hair in this image. As far as realism goes, perhaps you could make the teeth just a tiny bit less regular.
