Description

I shot this today through my conservatory window. The Robin family live in a beautifully constructed house covered all over with matchsticks! It was a gift from a friend's son, Daniel, he was only 13 years old when he made this for me. The climber growing over the edge was a gift too, from Andrea. Aren't I a lucky chap? We have enjoyed watching this little family from the first few whisps of straw they used in building their nest. We still have the fledging to look foreward to pretty soon.

Lovely piccie,I adore robins,I love to listen to their singing,when i'm in the garden,they sit on the top of the tree singing to their hearts content,you can always spot them,this is a lovely shot.

How exciting to see them! This is a truly magical shot, Kevin! And great to see the Akebia is in full go! Your Zea and begonias in particular are looking great but I still haven't chitted the castor oil seeds! Tomorrow would be a good day for that.
