I like the patterns made on the landscape by the melting snow. They make a perfect setting for the light and dark of the birch trees. This is so calm and peaceful looking. The solitary pedestrian is perfect for this mood of quiet reflection. The soft light, the path going off into the distance, the soft pink of the horizon, and the overall blue tones, make this a very restful image. I like the tiny glow of a few lights peaking through the trees too. This is beautiful.
