Description

She was born in New Orleans to mixed race parents. I fell in love with her almost instantly. It would never be. Although there was love there, race was an issue (with her). She told me that if we were to marry, it would hurt my career. If we had kids, they would not be accepted by those around them. We would have a constant battle with people around us, and so on. I was willing to fight the battles, if it meant I could have her. She was not. I don't blame her, I just miss her, and wish it could have been... I hope she is happy where ever she is.
