This is AmazingBox+Menger3, playing around with some Menger3 parameters DarkBeam posted over at Fractal Forums. Vaguely reminded me of the scene in the old sci-fi movie "Fantastic Voyage" where they leave the ship with the laser to save the man that they are inside.
