Description
She's a tough old girl, but she's shot all to hell, the hydraulic's are gone,no landing gear and my right leg is busted. I'll have to belly her in,thats if I can miss that tree line, two chance's,slim and none. Thanks for looking and your comments! Thanks to Bazze for the 47 and to Neiwil for an amazing texture!

Beautiful render! Only addition I would make would be to have thicker smoke trailing. Other than that, this is perfect!

Those aren't trees, those are Telephone Poles with Limbs. Hopefully he'll be able to take a breath over the treeline, then flare out and pancake into a soft field on the other side. Great Image! My favorite movie about a pilot who just wouldn't give up is "Fate is the Hunter" with Glen Ford and Rod Taylor. DC7 iced up, low altitude, and two engines out.
