Description

I walked around downtown the other day..got a few decent shots..this one I shot while on my way home..I pulled over parked, and walked back to where these two were playing..The one guy looks up at me..I smiled, and said, "sorry, I'm not bothering you am I?" He just looked..I spoke again, and said, "this just looked like a great shot"...The one fellow responded, "That's a pretty crappy camera"..I nodded and said, well, it's all I can afford.(LMAO)..I had left the DSLR in the car and was armed with the palm sized point and shoot.(10 mp Fuji FinePix Z30).Ha ha ha ha...I got the shot and that's all that is all that matters...Workflow...Lightroom, Silver Effects pro..

hahahah Oh wow at least he was honest and up front? Although not affording a good camera is better than not being able to afford a table to play chess on....shrugs

Love the story, and the shot is great! Amazing what you can do with a crappy camera, huh? This has a wonderful mid-century feel to it. Great stuff!

Great photo and a wonderful story as well. It adds a nice bit of gritty whimsy to this already great image. I love the grain and the sepia tone. The expression on the guy's face is priceless and the whole image looks timeless. Great stuff here.
