Description

apo/3dhack/pf Thanks for taking a look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. This reminded me of some hay bales that were left over from last fall. Many had to sit in water, with a very wet 2010 fall, freeze over the winter and now are falling apart this Spring with yet too much moisture..

Love this one Glenda. It really does look like the big round bales. So many of them this spring are looking pretty shabby, the fall was too wet and then all the snow thru the winter has left them not so good. Your image is great though

A most curious and interesting composition and subject! I love how unique it is... keeps the imagination guessing. Such softness about it! Hard to look away! I think it's the most perfect background choice too!

Does look like one of those Hay Rolls, not something someone suffering from Hayfever like me wants to be around right now, super Flamework Peace

Sounds like the bales of your description are slated for a return to their natural state. The bales in your image, however, are a different matter. They are perfectly pristine and the resemblance to the real thing in amazing. I am also reminded of Ethiopian women who sit out in front of their houses and spin skeins of thread on spindles using kapok seed wool the same as other cultures use cotton. As you can see, you have made yet another thought-provoking image. Well done!
