INVITATION! For your consideration, we have selected one of three finalists (code names Humpty Dumpty, Tweedledum and Tweedldee) from doarte’s MADHOUSE Art Academy’s SENIOR CLASS CREATION CONTEST.
The rules were simple. Forget your Star Gate Technicolor TV screens and go back through Lewis Carroll’s LOOKING GLASS to a time when Alice was no longer a teen but a woman weary of climbing in and out of rabbit holes.
So here you are! No WHITE RABBIT, just a stuffed bunny dangling from a purse. And what would a black and white PUNK AGE picture be without the mystical psychosis of marvelous magical mushrooms?
We’ve no idea how Carroll would have handled “Alice The Adult”. But we’re quite sure - - after munching on those mushrooms - - Our Alice would be off for outer space adventures in some wonderfully wicked other WONDER WORLD.

This is just a delightful take on the Alice adventure! Fantastic - it's very obvious that you put a lot of thought into your artwork, Wayne! I LIKE this a lot! Those mushrooms might be pretty potent, and I'd kinda like to try one, but the blasted things keep running away! ;-D
