Description

On the border France-Germany (french side), near Mosel river, north of Longwy, south of Trier (Trèves), also near Schengen (european people know). The name Malbrouck comes from Marlborough, Duke of, who stayed here in the XVIII th century during a war, but the castle is elder (XVth). It has bee much restored and seems new. Inside, you can see great exhibitons; presently, there is one with many photos of Robert Doisneau, a must. From the castle, you can see the Power Station of Cattenom (yesterday's picture). The area is beautiful. Cheers

Tes photos sont vraiment de très belle qualité. Je ne connais pas du tout cette région et suis enchantée de la découvrir.
