The Chronicles of Inthandonia, Part 4: The Wizard Wars Into the unknown From the Journal of Bolgaradol Smeckter: "By A'tozi's toenails, I am in! At last, though I am wearied beyond weariness, I am inside! For three days and three nights I have focused and tuned my Star of Angorak incantation, tweaking it's control parameters to find the optimum frequencies to initiate a resonant ray that will transmute this alien substance faster than it can repair itself. And at last I have triumphed - my weariness fades in the light of my success - I, Bolgaradol Smeckter, have acheived what no Inthandonian Wizard before me could do - I am inside the Artefact, inside the unknown! Strangeness beyond imagining lies before my - my mind is beseiged with the alien psychic battering of this insane thing. I keep my mental and Thaumic sheilds up for I know not what would befall me should I relax them - the mental power in here is incredible, sufficient to boil my very brain in my head should my shields waver. Enough writing, I must explore further...." ****** The various pod structures and buildings are all freebees - the character mesh is my own and the strange light pods are actually a SC plant from the Vue 8 sci-fi Plant library with all the settings zeroed out and a metallic texture applied.
