Fresh is always best. However, sometimes well aged works quite well. Some of the most expensive cuts of beef, steaks, etc. are aged to perfection. She doesn't look very nourishing though. A bit anorexic I think, not enough meat or fat her bones to feed a hungry critter. Wonderful background! Love the sand and that wonderful drifting dune effect you've acheived!
