renecyberdoc i saying you coming here to America. Do not do what I did when I was a young dumb teenager.
I went out west with my family and I was around 13 , could be 12 years old.
I saw my first Indian in real life in a store in Texas and I walked up to him to shake his hand and I was saying "You the first Indian I ever saw in my life. I saw them on TV and the movies but not in real life".
He did not say a word but turn and walked away from me.
I was mad and wanted to jump on him and hit him. But I did not do that.
I heard his wife saying to him that he was wrong in doing that seeing I had the great spirit that was acting in me. He told his wife " yes I know but I could not do so for I had to keep clean and not talk to whites at all for a religious ceremony I was to be in that was coming up soon."
I looked back on this and wonder why I was so dumb doing this. But hey The great spirit was with me.
This is a true story and I bet you can think of dumb stuff you all did in your past.

My brother told me EU people knows more about the native American and they history that the people living here. Wonder why. Schools is dumbing down America. SWe are 37 in the world now. not good.

when I was 4, I met my Mom's boss... the blackest lady I had ever seen to this day... her name was Lovey... I hid behind my Mom's desk and when my Mom said why are you acting like this, I said did your Boss get burned in a fire.... Lovey came over and showed me her skin - yeah, we all do stupid stuff - lol

awesome little story- imagine the cyberdoc walking up to a 6 1/2 foot big chief (like mc murphy in the coockoos nest)and ask him how his hammer is hanging heheheh. well i promise 1- to wear clothes 2- above all to get rid of the big nose mikereson gave me,lest they dont let me enter the territory 3- i dont gamble 4- i dont visit back alleys lol. excellent and thank you for your kind comments all the time and also for sharing this storybit.

Interesting reactions from both parties. The Indians do wonderful jewelry work. There's a Civic Center close to our house and we went there once when the Navajo people had exhibitions and sales. It was amazing! Excellent shot! (:

Once again, many beautiful photos with interesting people! You come around a lot really! Where you are now telling the story of your first Indian ... Something similar happened to me. My grandmother told me that people of African origin were so dark because they were in the oven. Since I was little, of course I believed that she told my grandma there. Then came the big day and I saw the first dark people in my life. I'll be approached him and asked him if he was in the oven. He laughed and said that it was probably a long time ago, he could not remember exactly. Well, then my mother told me that this would be the oven complete nonsense. But at least I learned then that there are very tolerant people.

Heap good ambience in this cool capture of that hot blonde on her knees at the big courtyard, checking out the local Indian wares, most of them turquoise, Jock. And if you didn't know the chief was going to a religious ceremony, then I don't think you did anything wrong. You were just being friendly, white man!
