Description
It's been 5 months since I last uploaded an image. I finished this one back in december but I started having back problems. I was unable to sit for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time and spent the first couple months of 2011 on my back. I have a disk hernia so I'm being followed by a physiotherapist and slowly getting back in shape. That's the good news, I'm more toned and stronger than I was, I'm starting to have a better posture and I've lost 10 pounds. But I'm still unable to sit at the computer all day, maybe two hours at a time. So forgive me for not being more around, I alternate between my creations, exercising, running errands and stuff. I just finished a new image though, the first complete one of the year. I rendered a few things but threw them all out or kept them for later. I finally finished one today and decided to post this image first. I'll post the new one in a few days so not to spam you all at once and shock you lol

Very pretty image. I feel your pain dealing with a bad back. I had the same thing happen to me (well the bad back part) December of 2009 I had a disk explode, which cut thru my sciatic nerve and I spent until March 2010 on my back, missing life and hurting beyond words. It has taken me over a year to get back to myself, and I still have my days when I am unable to do all the things I used too do. There are good days, and bad days. You just learn to take it one day at a time and you learn NOT to push yourself. I wish you the best with your back and I hope you make a speedy recovery :) Hugs Tima

Hey Louise! Fab work as always- that hair is amazing!!!! The lighting is divine- I always love the graphical nature of your work alongside all of the wonderful details you put in. You have def got me all excited about seeing your new work too- we can wait! (It will be hard but we can do it:) I know what a hard time you have been having- and all after you retire and supposedly can relax and focus on your art- life sure likes to throw us curve balls...
