Spent from hours of trying to reach out, Issa finally gives up, hot tears of defeat stinging her eyes. She knew she could get out of this jam--she'd been in worse situations during her stint as a Guardian Templar.. Well--she'd never been pregnant and in a jam but that was neither here nor there... She knew she could take care of herself.. Aaron was so innocent and unaware--the thought of anyone hurting him made her face flush red with guilt.
