Description

Fulmars, Guillemots and Razorbills everywhere. When you get such a small view of a bird it may not be possible to ID it correctly. When you have captured the rare Bridled Guillemot. Only differing from a Guillemot by it's white eye ring that sweeps back to nothing down it's neck. Then if thats all you can see you have been very lucky indeed! If you spotted it straight away well done. I was trying to get a shot of the courting Fulmars when it stuck it's head up from behind the rocks.

Superb photography Kevin. Aren't they just such beautiful creatures. One looks as if he is giving the other such a good telling off.

Good photo Kevin. Did you climb all the way up there? Hey, the full-sized window looks soooo good. It makes you feel as if you are there with them. Well done! Cheers Pam

A great capture to get all these in this one super shot. You look to have been doing some climbing to get it too. Excellent work.

WOW! From the look of this photograph, you did quite a nice bit of climbing. I love all of the details and the way everything is either harsh rock or living birds. I've learned something too, as these aren't exactly the sorts of birds I habitually encounter in Chicago. What a shot! Definitely one that rewards full zoom.

Great shot and luck Kevin. I reckon that one fulmer is saying to the other 'Does my breath smell?' Lol.
