Description

It is in our nature to long for the things we cannot have... Okay, be gentle on this one, I had this idea, and I took a shot at it. Hair is a bitch as is, but man, is it difficult to do hair under water? I went through about four ideas before settling on this - thank you Mr. Vallejo for helping out with this one! :) I used: Poser Pro Pack (Render) Photoshop and PhotoImpact (Post) Halls of Poseidon (RDNA) Indigo by dacort Thanks for looking cX PS: Sorry for the size, but making it smaller took away the detail

Very nice idea I can say and beautiful realisation. His expression is so intence and also the pose express his feelings. The hair is not bad and actually I don't know how hair can look under water :) Very nice job!!! ~*Siliphiel

A very emotional piece. And yes I know hair can be a bitch, I like postwork hair better than using models but it racks at your nerves. I think you did a good job on the hair. My only suggestion fan it out a bit and made it wavy but it still looks cool and he's hot!

Oh my! Wonderful POV, just love it! Great scene all together! Now about the hair, you know, I really love it! I like how you highlighted the right side of the hair to give it that depth. I do agree with neo naga on that fanning out the hair a little bit would give more of a under water touch. But I mean this....Your getting really good with the hair painting. Isn't it so much more satisfying than using prop hair? Beautiful work!

this is excellent, johann, great expression, and the hair is really well done, maybe a few fly-aways would have helped. like the scales, too!
