Located in Alberta, Canada. When we were there, it was very windy.

Look at those magnificent mountains...big pointy things! My favorite mountains are the Tetons, but I could probably change my mind if I ever get over there to see these. Wonder why they named it Maligne Lake..sounds sort of evil...like in malignant...or malign... Nicely done!

Nice shot but it does look windy and when it's windy there, it is usually very cold as well! In my earliest memory of Maligne Lake, I was about 5 or 6 lying on a pier looking into the water and seeing hundreds of trout, some quite large. It was amazing to me and I still remember it well.
