And I was just so thrilled to even see these deer swim across the river, I'm surprised I managed to get a photo. Although again it really took all my 70-300mm zoom had to get the shot, they were wayyyyyyyy over there. Thanks for looking and your comments : )

This is a really super shot! The only deer I ever get to see are not in what would be considered their native environment. Unless you happen to include enclosures or not-so-busy highways as their native environment. I love the whole "unspoiled" look of this and the nicely sharp details are fantastic.
