For those of us in the North East who have just come through the longest, coldest winter in memory and now enough rain to float an arc, Memorial Day Weekend and the beginning of the summer season are even more welcome than usual. I hope everyone will have some time this weekend from their chores to enjoy a nice chill-out barbeque!
