Description

As the Security Skiff Fighter approached the floating city of Andor, the pilot was supremely fascinated by the huge medical frigate already docked, and the destroyer class O.M.C. Ulysses making it's approach to dock on one of the lower docking facilities. The floating city is kind of an understatement, it holds nearly 900,000,000 people, and randomly surges to 1.8 billion, depends on the season. This is the ending of the tourism season here, and all the non-resident ships are leaving for nicer climes. The weather will be turning bad here in a few more weeks, which is why the skiff fighter security pilot was out flying around one last time before his life for the next 6 months becomes submerged. The skiff, and floating city, will submerge for the season until relatively calm skies return, riding out the next 6 months underwater.
