Description

Hi there. This is a special dedication for Chipka - a very special artist and friend here. Don't miss his gallery. I know he likes them and I think about the whole last summer taking a shot of one of them. Now it's done and I can share with you. Have all a good start into week.

Aw, I thought you had discovered a living trilobite. Look a bit the same, but different in size. Good job with the photo. This fellow must have been busy eating, or resting. Nice depth of field in the photo. Keep up the good work! :-)

WOW! I saw your second shot before seeing this one! Both are amazing shots of a gorgeous specimen. I love the "M" shaped antennas; over here, we tend to call these "sowbugs" even though they ARE woodlice. This one has beautiful segments and nice "running boards" on either side. This is super. It's very wet in Chicago now, so we will have plenty of these over the summer. I hope to capture a few pregnant ones! Thank you for the kind words and the dedication; this is absolutely super, especially sine you have one amazing gallery!
