i like the light, shadow, and distant mist. i'm a little puzzled by some of the shadows in the foreground. some of them seem realistically blurred and some seem perfectly sharp. i'm guessing that's the postwork? i think the previous image broke up the areas like that a little more effectively (the simpler blocks of color vs. the more detailed regions). this image still works extremely well, and has great contrasts.

Not too long ago I went through a California redwood forest in a scene VERY much like this! Absolutely wonderful! I've been away for awhile and seeing so many beautiful Vue landscapes - its kind of like a hungry man walking into a buffet LOL! Very nice work!
