I like the general composition and concept. But 2 things IMHO: The DOF is overdone, giving the impression of a miniature scene. It's a very common outcome of this effect. The blur should be decreased. Think about it:) The tree is too low resolution, the bends are sharp and jagged, don't look right. It's possible to increase this in the plant editor if you have that module (Botanica, and if the plant is Vue *.veg, but it looks like that). The lighting is very nice.
