Description
This pelican was on the edge of the lake in our town centre. We don't see them very often here. It looked like it might have been sitting on a nest, as it didn't move very far.

Super capture and I was surprised to see you posting a pelican. Could be a nest! That growth on the top of the bill is only there during breading periods. Dana
