I´m sorry to be a little blunt, but she look more like a burn victim than an aging woman. The shape of her face suggest she is young and the wrinkles is too strong. Perhaps if you tone down the wrinkle-effect and add some age-morphs to her face this will come out more balanced. Other than that I like her head-piece!
