Description

As he flies through the heavens, the angel starts to go through a transformation...from an Angel of Light, to an Angel of Dark. No one, not even the angels, know why this metamorphosis happens to a select few. The change generally comes on suddenly, with no warning, thus leaving the angel in question rather unsettled when it occurs. Now, instead of remaining in the heavens, the angel must journey to the planetary bodies, helping those souls who have become lost cross over to the afterlife. Created for a contest on dA. The credit for the idea of an angel going through a change from light to dark goes to my 15 year son. He also came up with the idea of the wings and the skin of the angel going through the change. :) Zoom in for larger size.
