Description
One of the many characters that PJ and I encountered at the How weird fair.
I have been photographing this gentleman now for the last 2-3 years. His out fit which started out as a blue sequined cocktail dress has changed throughout the years. It now lays in tatters held up with safety pins and velcro. However, he is always there greeting his fellow revelers while slowly dancing to whatever beat is playing.
