Well, that's different. Nicely seen. I find myself somewhat intrigued by the rivets.. wasn't aware that helicopters had so many seams.

Nicely detailed shot. That's the exhaust off a Westland Wessex, the British turbine-powered version of the Sikorsky S-58.

Wow! Seeing those things in the sky detracts from the fact that they are really just metal plates rivetted together by falible humans (or their machines). thanks for putting it into perspect with this interesting shot.
