Description

Captured 6/3/11, early in the AM, within walking distance of my apathetic abode. Don't bother to zoom, it comes out the same size. The original on top. Whenever I come across a rose that I don't find particularly pretty, I usually don't trash it, but instead resort to the radical process of creating a variation or variations, in order to present it to the outside world. Something akin to Eliza Doolittle's transformation in My Fair Lady. Of course, there are others that will say the original is sacrosanct and the best of the lot, to let things be and not attempt to fool Mother Nature. Cheerio, thankx for coming by, and for any and all favs and laudatory comments.

A rose who's time has evidently passed...but you've preserved it for years to come. Very creative Harry.

It is a pretty capture Harry as is the entire collage. I love your postwork adventures. I don't know why but different colors show off hidden features sometimes. Maybe it is just me??? Love the rainbow version on the bottom. Dana

The variations are akin to makeup on a beautiful woman. This woman might be a little older, but she's still lovely! The original colour is one of my favourites. Nice selection of disguises, Harry!
