At Persephone's scowl Thanos prodded further, "What is it you fear most beloved? Being possessed? Being consumed...?"
Persephone glowered at him, "Being owned!"
Thanos pulled her closer to him mildly surprised that she did not resist, "Persephone, loves ownership is a special kind of freedom."
Persephone shook her head as her eyes budded with tears of anger, pride and...resignation?
"This does not feel like freedom..."
Thanos turned her to face him, gently lifting her chin with his finger so that their eyes met, "It can if you let it."
