Normally, the majority of your works have something in common with classical paintings--either visually, or in an implied way. This is no exception. I think it's one of the things you do so wonderfully. In this, the whole rich background has the look of a painting, but not in a flat way; it's more cinematic, and it reminds me of some of the cinematography used by a director like Ridley Scott: light, shadow, color, and texture all work perfectly together, giving you the impression that this could be a classical painting (or in this case, a romantic painting) only the medium itself (digital) tells you that no paint was ever involved. I think that's absolutely wonderful and it opens up so many more possibilities for digital artwork. And on top of it, the whole thing is just so darn good! I particularly like the way the scattered pink flowers leading her along her stair-step path seem to transform into butterflies. You've got some real "mythic" stuff at work in this, and you handle it perfectly. Yeah, as you can guess, I like this one. A lot! It is simply beautiful!
