This is gorgeous and there's a nice feeling of vibrant life and activity in this shot as well. I've never been to Denver and it's a place I'd like to visit, just to see how different things are at such an altitude. I love the colors in this and the visual hint that something is about to happen...maybe not a big something, but definitely a story of some sort. Maybe a woman in one of those taller buildings is about to meet the love of her life (a window washer,) or an out of work ski-instructor is about to stumble across a conspiracy that threatens the free world as we know it...the possibilities are endless and enhanced by the nicely shadowed light. This is great.

I spent almost one week in Denver back in 199...something ; was it 1991 ? I really like this city. Thanks for bringing back the memory of it with this beautiful photo.

I looked your photo over to see if I could figure out where in Denver you were - lol... well, the sun is not in the sky so I couldn't get a clue on the bareing... but I'd take a guess you're over by Zang's Brewery - It's right off of I-25 so I'm guessing you're West of Denver and somewhere over in about the 30th block give or take some miles - lol... where were you? I had to read your other comments to see what people said of our City - They think this is gorgeous.... Why don't you blow their mind and get on the East side of town and tak a picture with the Mountains behind it? Than they'll all know why we live here - lol
