Description
My pictures did not turn out well because I had a cheap camera with me, but here he is, so you get some idea what he looks like. A Perfect Gentleman is his show name, and Joey is his barn name. He is a five-year-old Paint/Throughbred cross standing 16 hands - smaller than my old horse Buddy, who was 17 hands and built like a draft horse. Joey is a wonderful guy, and is very affectionate. He lays his head on my chest when he sees me, saying "Please pet me, Mom!" He is a very good jumper, too.

Well he certainly is a handsome fellow! Glad to hear he's a mixed breed. They generally make the smartest and healthiest animals. I've ridden a few times. I always came away with a sore butt.
