Description
Captured 6/13/11, early in the morning, within walking distance of my petulant place.
A must ZOOM!
Okay, I saved this one for last, shown all by its lonesome, a stand-alone with no collage to distract from it. I went through three redos in postworking it to my satisfaction. I know the purists won't agree, but I believe this is much prettier and effective than the original foto, as least as far as corrosion and oxidation are concerned. In fact, I even added a frame this time. Actually, this is how the padlock, latch and gate might look, say, in about 20 years.
For the original, check out the first entry in this series.
Toodles, thankx for popping in, and for any and all favs and laudatory comments.

I like this! Wonderful textures and shadows. The filter gives a 3d look to the paint and brings out the light and shadows. Lovely colors and contrast. It looks excellent in zoom and stands beautifully well alone. I like this a lot!
