Description

As you can see, the pipe is gone, under at least a foot more of water. Rumour has it that the Columbia will start dropping below flood stage and things will go back to "normal" Have a great day Mike

A truly inspiring and beautiful place, Mike! The greenery here is so peaceful and refreshing. Seems like a most perfect destination to go when one feels the need for some personal reflection time. Nature has a way of always "normalizing" itself at some point... it always amazes me how powerful and out of our control Mother nature could be at times.

Great captures both of them, so fresh green! You are following what happens very carefully.

Oh yes, I know what you describe here - have it right in front of my house every year.... but the water won't come too close, so all is well. A beautiful picture you've taken there and it's always good to have a reminder of the way things are going in the nature. ~Sassy~

The water is fine, but it also wreaked havoc .... ((5 + +)) L'eau c'est bien beau ,mais cela fait des ravages aussi.... ((5++))

Let's hope they're right. That's kind of scary, how much it's risen.
