Description
When I was still in school, I had a friend who attended my church who was a football player. His brother's wife had just given birth to a boy. They brought the child to church. My friend, who was quite large, was gently holding this two week old fragile infant. I always thought that was a powerful image.
The text for the 23rd Psalm is from a modern translation. The modern translation really loses a lot of the poetry of the text.
