Description

I took this last night around 8:15pm.I was on 75 North looking toward Gainesville Texas.although I doubt about it being a tornado, it had to be a micro down burst that has been the cause of several plane crashes including Delta 191 many years ago at DFW hope you enjoy and thanks for your comments

Very crazy weather we are having this year, all over the planet! Could there be something in the wind? Guess if we stick around long enough, we will find out! Excellent photo and stunning capture!!!!

Everything's bigger in the USA, even storms ! I have to drive twice in a huge sand storm during the Summer and was very very impressed and a bit scared.

Very nice and interesting photo of a weather phenomenon. Since the downward part is fluffy cloud, it's not a tornado. Most likely a cloud with a down draft of cold air resulting in a localized downpour. Not fun if in a plane coming in for landing - those down drafts can be fast and violent. Keepup the good work! :-)
