Description
The City Authorities, in their infinite wisdom, have decreed that all pets (and in this description they include robots) shall have a collar or identifying badge to show to whom they belong. The badges for robots and androids are to be known as Robotags.
This does not go down well with those robots who have been given their certificate of ownership to show they now belong to themselves ...
There may be trouble ahead ... but while there's moonlight and (well, you know the rest of the song).
