Description

Sorry I haven't been around; I've been cleaning up after a tornado hit my 83 year old mother's neighborhood. The top photo was taken 90 minutes after the tornado, the bottom photo was taken 18 days later. (You can see branches and tree stumps piled near the road still awaiting pickup.) There is still a lot to be done and clean up is moving steady. Mom lost 9 trees. No one in this neighborhood was hurt but a few houses need to be torn down. Thank you for the nice messages of concern, I'm ok and so is Mom. :)

You and your Mom are always in my prayers Barb and I'm so sorry you both had to go through this terrible event, but glad your both alright. As we talked about the other day it really is horrible the power they can unleash and it takes a long time to come back from them.
