This is a bit of an update. From humble beginnings my photography is steadily improving.I started out with a Kodak point and shoot camera and progressed to a Sony A-200 Digital SLR camera.Other equipment that i currently have is the following: Tamron 70-300mm lens. What a bird! I rather like this species; when they're standing on your lawn, they look like little tiny dinosaurs. They're such odd creatures which makes me think that "odd creatures" are just everyday things in South Africa. I've GOT to visit there now, just to hear these birds myself! The video was absolutely hilarious and now I want to import these birds to the USA and breed them as burglar alarms!
