Beautiful pose. It seems to be a very severe person. Maybe it's a captain training recruits.
Which leads me to believe it in her eyes the pupils are slightly raised. As if she were watching something or someone in a high above her head. But at the same time she does not make it appear that it would damage her standing with her troops. As her pose there claimed alone she was in charge and completely confident of their skills and composure.
I also found it very interesting reflections on clothing and that little strip of what appear to be leather attached to clothing in the shoulder with metal rivets. It was wonderful to see you put three of these rivets reflecting the sunlight. It's too thoughtlessly because they are hidden by the shadow of her head.
I loved it.
