Here you see the Alium flowers in flower and seeding. This plant is a member of the onion family which stand tall and are a good plant to have in the border.

They are both beautiful and so different. I like the sharp lines and angles the blossoms make. I like the color variation of the buds. They do look like fireworks. Beautiful color and detail. Very interesting plant.
