On May 11 I got word that my mother had passed away. She had been sick and dealing with alzheimers for years. When I got the word I said it was for the best, her life was not what she wanted, she is finally at pease. She never wanted to end her days the way she did, sick, unable to care for herself. So it was a blessing for her. I travel in my job and was unable to get back in time for the funeral, I had though I was okay. I was wrong. Though it was right for her, it still hurts. So excuse me but this is my own way to say goodbye. To a wonderful mother who taught me to stand on my own. I love you, and I miss you.
