Description

...anything for a picture:) ...reference Tara's upload, Stained, she got a number of comments concerning flying in small planes. ...thought you'd be interested in seeing Tara and her ride for that day. The pilot is our friend Hugh. We stayed with Hugh and his wife Linda while in Arizona in late April. ...Hugh's an experienced pilot with an immaculate 1948 Stinson Station Wagon [the model name of the plane]. What fun! :) I love this collage. Some of the pics from my flight, some from yours (how come nobody's noticed that?), and some wonderful memories! You forgot to tell them that Hugh and I have been friends for 20 years, and I (obviously) trust him with my life! :) Having been taken for a ride in an ultralight many years ago, flying in the Stinson was a piece of cake. I love to fly ... just not commercially ... that's just like sitting in a bus. How dull! But a little plane? Wow. It's great up there!

A great collage I am glad it was Tara there and not me I am deathly afraid of heights...I can't think of the phobia term for it But it is one I definitely have..that and claustrophobia............ Sounds like she had a great time and I am happy for her I wish I could learn to over come my fear of heights.......but alas I don't think so.......I get deathly sick if I am in a elevator with windows....if has windows I won't even get in LOL...............glad she had fun up there........ I saw my family Dr today My cancer is Stage 3 that threw me for a loop from my lung to my breast..........I see my Oncologist Thurs to discuss treatment options.....Please say a prayer for me.........I am so worried, nervous, and upset........just can't seem to get comfortable tonight for some reason...I saw my family Dr today My cancer is Stage 3 that threw me for a loop from my lung to my breast..........I see my Oncologist Thurs to discuss treatment options......... Hugs Susan~
