Description
While the Prime Minister and Morg continue to argue about the Robotags Chomper and Mogbot are battling with other concepts ...
They are visiting the Temple of Heroes, whose Guardian is explaining her theology at the Shrine of Admiral Errol Wayne Nelson, brother of President Elvis Tiberius Nelson.
Chomper: "So when the Admiral died they buried his body to recycle it, just like a worn-out bot body goes for recycling."
Guardian: "In a way, yes."
Chomper: "So he's dead and gone, isn't he? But you say he is still around in a place called Heaven - there's an invisible bit of him that's the person we know."
"Yes; his soul is in Heaven."
"Well, if my body goes for recycling my personality circuit chip is fitted into a new body - but a chip is a physical thing, not an invisible one."
"And your question is?"
"That chip can also be destroyed too, can't it? And then I'm gone for good, aren't I - or are you saying there's some invisible part of me that will carry on living somewhere else?"
Ah now, there's the rub - can a robot, a thinking, intelligent robot, with its own individual personality, be said to have a soul?
Dictionary definitions ...
Robot: a fully mechanical conscienceless device
Android: an autonomous humanlike robot
- Those definitions don't sound anything like descriptions of our two bots here, or any of their android friends that live here in the Renderosity galleries ...
If there are no cats in Heaven I'm not going.

Not sure about cats, but there is an old song 'In Heaven there is NO Beer.' My own guess it that not only will there be cats, but you'll have to serve them beer. Because even in heaven, Dogs will have owners and Cats will have Staff! Interesting exploration and image to represent it. Very Well Done.
