Description

The ruins of Linlithgow Palace are situated in the town of Linlithgow, West Lothian, Scotland, 15 miles (24 km) west of Edinburgh. More info in my June 27th post. This area was described to me as the kitchen & fireplaces used for cooking. Thanks to those 3 children that helped me with perspective. The roof in this area no longer exists. Zoom would help with the stonework. Photo taken May 1995 and scanned. Thanks for stopping by my gallery, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Hmm..I like a big kitchen, but I sure love my gas stove, LOL. I can't imagine how hot the kitchen got with those three huge fireplaces going, especially in the summer!
