Wow Monica, this is just utterly cool. You have done a magnificent job on the perspective. I don’t know anyone who is so good at POV work as are you. That angle of reference must have been a huge amount of work. It is not just a matter of our heroine; that is difficult enough in its own right. But the entire surrounding environment is in seamless accord. Superb, dear lady, absolutely superb! But to top it all off, a griffin! I love griffins. It is so rare that anyone depicts them in art and they have such a special place in lore. There are three species of Gryffin. To quote Edward Ormondroyd, author of “David and the Phoenix”: "Gryffins," explained the Phoenix, "are the small, reddish, friendly ones. Gryffons are the quick-tempered proud ones. Gryffens—ah, well, the most anyone can say for them is that they are harmless."
